XY Fashion is the trading brand of YIWU MIYU APPAREL CO., LTD (“we”, “us”), operating xy-fashion.com from Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. It applies to our website, wholesale registration, inquiry forms, and messaging channels including WhatsApp.
1. Information We Collect
- Wholesale registration & account: company name, country, business type, WhatsApp number, estimated monthly volume, and how you found us — submitted voluntarily when you register.
- Inquiry & RFQ forms: name, email, company, country, product / SKU interest, and message — submitted via our contact and request-for-quote forms.
- Orders & shipping: name, email, phone, shipping address, and order details needed to fulfill your purchase.
- Payment: payments are processed by PayPal, PingPong, WeChat Pay, or Alipay. We never store full card or bank details; these are handled by the payment providers under their own PCI-DSS compliant systems.
- Site analytics: cookies and anonymous usage data via Google Analytics to improve the site.
2. WhatsApp & Messaging Data
When you contact us through WhatsApp (including the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta), we receive and store the following data necessary to handle your inquiry:
- Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name;
- The content of messages you send us (product questions, quotes, and order requests);
- Delivery, read, and status events returned by the WhatsApp Business Platform.
We use this data solely to read and reply to your messages, provide quotes, process orders, and deliver customer support. Messages are transmitted and processed by WhatsApp / Meta under the WhatsApp Privacy Policy and the Meta Privacy Policy. We do not sell message content to third parties.
3. How We Use Information
To process and ship orders, perform KYC / anti-fraud checks, provide customer support, and (with your consent) send product updates. We do not sell your data.
4. Sharing With Third Parties
We share data only with: payment gateways (PayPal, PingPong, WeChat Pay, Alipay), shipping carriers (DHL, EMS, 4PX, SF Express), and analytics providers. Each is bound by its own privacy terms.
5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the EU, UK, or California you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing, by emailing mike@xy-fashion.com. To delete data associated with a WhatsApp conversation, include the phone number used. We will respond within 30 days.
