Payment

We accept PayPal. At checkout you can pay with your PayPal balance or any card linked to PayPal. We do not store your card details.

Shipping

Orders ship from our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Delivery times and methods are listed on the Shipping & Returns page.

Returns & exchanges

Unused scarves in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.

Care

Hand-wash in cold water with mild detergent, or dry-clean. Avoid wringing; lay flat to dry away from direct sun. Iron on silk setting while slightly damp.

Do I need to pay import VAT or customs duties for EU orders?

Yes. Since 1 July 2021 the EU no longer exempts imports under €22 from VAT. Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to import VAT and customs duties at delivery. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices. We can provide a commercial invoice and HS codes to help with clearance.
