Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Origin

All orders ship from Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.

2. Carriers

We use DHL, EMS, 4PX, and SF International depending on destination and weight.

3. Lead Time

• Stock samples: 3–7 business days after payment.
• Custom / bulk production: production time quoted per order (typically 7–21 days) plus transit.

4. Shipping Cost

Calculated at checkout (includes a 10% freight buffer). Bulk orders may be quoted separately.

5. Tracking & Customs

A tracking number is provided after dispatch. Most orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — import duties / taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP is agreed in advance.
