Prices shown are wholesale prices with minimum order quantities (MOQ). An order is binding once confirmed and paid. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

2. Intellectual Property

All patterns, designs, photos, and text on this site are the property of XY Fashion. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

3. Product Description

Products are described accurately to the best of our knowledge. Fabric is faux / simulation silk unless explicitly labeled “real silk / mulberry silk”.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the courts of Yiwu, Zhejiang.
