Ordering & Minimums

What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is just 10 pieces. You can mix different styles, colors, and fabrics — as long as the total is 10 pieces or more, you get our wholesale pricing automatically at checkout.

Can I order samples first?

Yes! You can order individual pieces at our sample price (1-9 pcs tier). Once you’re ready to place a wholesale order of 10+ pieces, the bulk pricing kicks in automatically.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and checkout. We accept PayPal, credit cards, and bank transfer. If you’d prefer a formal quote, contact us with your order details.

Pricing & Payment

How does volume pricing work?

The more you order, the lower the per-unit price. Our pricing tiers are: 1-9 pcs (sample), 10-19 pcs (bulk), 20-29 pcs (volume), 30-39 pcs (partner), and 40+ pcs (best value). You can mix organza and satin styles — all quantities combine for the discount.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfer (T/T) for larger orders.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. No surprises.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

In-stock orders ship within 2-3 business days. We use 4PX express, which takes 3-5 business days to most countries. So total time from order to delivery is typically 5-8 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship to 23 countries, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. If you’re not sure if we ship to your country, contact us and we’ll let you know.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

What about customs and import duties?

Customs policies vary by country. We declare the value accurately on all packages. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.

Custom & OEM

Can I get scarves with my own design?

Yes! We offer custom printing services. Send us your design, and we’ll print it on your choice of organza or satin fabric. MOQ for custom designs starts at 50 pieces per design.

Can you add my own label or tag?

Of course. We can add custom labels, hang tags, and packaging for an additional fee. Minimums apply — contact us for details.

How long does a custom order take?

Custom orders typically take 7-15 days from design approval to shipping, depending on quantity and complexity.

Returns & Quality

What if I receive damaged or defective items?

We inspect every scarf before shipping, but mistakes happen. If you receive items that are damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace them or issue a refund — your choice.

Can I return items if I don’t like them?

Since we sell at wholesale prices, we don’t offer returns for change of mind. But we do offer sample pricing (1-9 pcs) so you can test our quality before placing a larger order.

What quality can I expect?

We stand behind our products. Every scarf goes through 5 quality checks — fabric inspection, printing check, cutting check, sewing check, and final QC before packaging. If it doesn’t meet our standards, it doesn’t ship.
