Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
Email mike@xy-fashion.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo; we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.
